Kunming Tongren Hospital, a Class III A integrated hospital accredited by the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission, is located in the Dianchi National Tourism Resort in Kunming. It is also the first large-scale comprehensive hospital in Yunnan to offer personalized medical services to the public. The hospital serves the multi-ethnic communities of Kunming and residents of rapidly developing Southeast Asian countries nearby.

The hospital is equipped with certified centers for chest pain, stroke, trauma, atrial fibrillation, heart failure and hypertension management, as well as a network of emergency stations under the Yunnan Provincial Emergency Center. It has 37 clinical departments, 7 medical technology departments and 4 functional examination rooms. 

In addition to being the affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University Haiyuan College and a teaching hospital for Kunming Medical University, the hospital actively recruits high-end medical talent and collaborates with several renowned domestic experts to establish multiple expert workstations, including the “Academician Su Guohui Expert Workstation,” “Expert Workstation of Fan Junming,” and “Expert Workstation of Feng Limin,” which significantly promote clinical technology innovation and research transformation.
